The master-planned community of Ave Maria, a development of Barron Collier Companies, has surpassed a record 400 new home sales for 2021. New home buyers are attracted to the improved quality of life, strong sense of community, conveniences of the town, educational options, abundant amenities, recreational activities, and better home values. Home sales were reported from the four residential builders in Ave Maria— CC Homes, Del Webb Naples, Lennar, and Pulte Homes.
